Byakuya Togami (十神 白夜 Togami Byakuya) is a student in Hope's Peak Academy's Class 78th, and a participant of the Killing School Life featured in Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc. He returns as a participant in the Killing School Trip featured in Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair.
His title is Ultimate Affluent Progeny (超高校級の「御曹司」chō kōkō kyū no “onzōshi.” lit. Super High School Level Heir).

In Chapter 5 of Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair, it's revealed the Byakuya Togami in the game is actually the Ultimate Imposter (超高校級の「詐欺師」chō kōkō kyū no “sagishi” Super High School Level Conman) who was disguised as Byakuya Togami to hide their true identity. Hajime Hinata discovers this when he goes into Nagito Komaeda's room for investigation purposes for the upcoming Fifth Trial. In there, he found the files that Nagito had received from Monokuma as a prize for clearing the Final Dead Room in Chapter 4.
