Nobuyo Ōyama (大山 のぶ代 Ōyama Nobuyo) is a former Japanese voice actress represented by Actors Seven. Her real name is Nobuyo Yamashita (山下 羨代 Yamashita Nobuyo).

She is best known for playing Doraemon in the long-running anime of the same name, which she played for 26 years.

She was the original Japanese voice of Monokuma in Danganronpa series in both the video games and anime. In May 2015, Ōyama retired from voice acting after being diagnosed with dementia. She is succeeded as Monokuma by TARAKO as of Danganronpa 3: The End of Hope's Peak High School and Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony. In the English dub, Monokuma's voice is provided by Brian Beacock (Games) and Greg Ayres (Anime). In the German dub, his voice is provided by Santiago Ziesmer.
