Rafael Antonio Olivier, better known as Tony Oliver, is an American director, producer, script writer and voice actor.
He is best known as the voice of Lupin III in Lupin the Third and Rick Hunter in Robotech.
He directed the voices of Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc and Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair and voiced Taichi Fujisaki in Danganronpa Another Episode: Ultra Despair Girls.
