Megumi Ogata (緒方 恵美 Ogata Megumi) is a freelance Japanese voice actress and singer from the Greater Tokyo Area. As a singer, she goes by the alias em:óu.
She is known for voicing Shinji Ikari from Neon Genesis Evangelion, as well as playing Yugi Mutou and Dark Yugi in Yu-Gi-Oh!, Yukito Tsukishiro/Yue in Cardcaptor Sakura, and also Ken Amada from Persona series.
She is well-known in Danganronpa series for being the Japanese voice of the main protagonist of Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc, Makoto Naegi and the iconic character from Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair, Nagito Komaeda.
She also sings a number of songs for Danganronpa series; they are Saisei -rebuild-, Kibō no Dangan, Shukkō -departure-, Poison -gekiyaku-, Zettai Kibō Birthday, and Zansakura -zanka-.
